The Interview Pipeline

We respect your time. Our hiring process is rigorous, transparent, and moves fast.

1. The Intro Call (30m)

A casual chat with one of our founders or engineering leads. We want to understand your background, what you want to build, and see if our cultures align.

2. Technical Deep Dive (60m)

No LeetCode. We will look at a piece of complex code or a system you've actually built, and discuss your design decisions, trade-offs, and security considerations.

3. Systems Architecture (60m)

A collaborative whiteboard session where we tackle a real problem BOREXIA is currently facing. We want to see how you think at scale.

4. The Offer

We move quickly. If it is a mutual fit, you will receive a transparent, highly-competitive offer within 48 hours of your final interview.
